Another way of working with the colour essences has been developed in order to assist those that work with AURA-SOMA®. The colour essences can also be recommended from the hidden or missing colours from a consultation.
This still keeps in line with the non-intrusive approach as it helps the individual to work with the colour in a subtle way and to feel the positive effects of the colour. It also helps to integrate the parts of ourselves that are sometimes to difficult to look at. The colour essences can be used in the bath or also placed on the pulse points of your wrists or temples. You may also want to dilute them in some spring water and spray them around the house.
